UKThriftArena operates as a wholesale thrift business specializing in second-hand clothing sold in bundles and container loads for resale purposes. Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to UKThriftArena.
All products sold are pre-owned (second-hand) goods. Due to the nature of thrift sourcing, items may show signs of wear, fading, minor stains, repairs, or other imperfections. We do not guarantee specific brands, exact sizes, colors, or styles unless explicitly stated. Product images are for reference purposes unless clearly marked as “exact lot.” All items are sold in bulk and not as individually selected pieces. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Bundles are pre-packed assortments categorized by type, grade, or theme, and the exact mix of items may vary. Container orders involve large-volume wholesale shipments and may require a deposit before processing. Loading and preparation timelines are confirmed after payment, while shipping timelines depend on freight availability and destination. Buyers are fully responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations. All confirmed container sales are final.
Where items are sold by grade (such as Grade A or Grade B), grading is based on our internal quality standards. Grading is subjective, and reasonable variations may occur.
All prices are listed in USD ($), GBP (£), or EUR (€). We do not accept payments in other currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by banks or payment providers are the buyer’s responsibility. Prices may change without notice. Full payment, or an agreed deposit for container orders, must be received before processing. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved gateways.
Orders are processed within the stated business timeframe after payment confirmation. Container processing times may vary depending on order size and logistics. During peak seasons, processing may take longer. Once shipped, we are not responsible for courier or freight delays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods are handed to the shipping carrier. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and for all international customs duties, taxes, and import compliance.
Due to the wholesale and second-hand nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on dissatisfaction with item mix, minor imperfections, size distribution, or brand expectations. Claims are only considered if the wrong order was shipped or goods were severely damaged during transit. Any claim must be submitted within 48–72 hours of delivery and must include photo and video evidence.
Bundle orders cannot be canceled once processing begins. Container orders cannot be canceled after deposit payment and confirmation. Any approved refund may be subject to payment processing fees.
All website content, including logos, product descriptions, images, and branding, is the property of UKThriftArena and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UKThriftArena shall not be liable for business losses, lost profits, resale performance of purchased goods, indirect or consequential damages, or differences in grading interpretation. All goods are sold as wholesale second-hand merchandise with inherent variability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit order quantities, request additional verification, or cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions at our discretion.
